Keep your Philips HeartStart FRx AED ready for use with genuine Philips SMART Pads II.

SMART Pads II are pre-connected defibrillation electrode pads designed for the Philips HeartStart FRx AED. The same pad set can be used for both adult and pediatric patients, eliminating the need to store separate pediatric electrode pads with the FRx.

For infants and children under 8 years of age or weighing less than 55 lb (25 kg), the optional Philips Infant/Child Key must be inserted into the FRx to reduce therapy and provide pediatric-specific instructions.
